Revision: Today we went of some different elements that some of our papers were missing. After, we went around the room to nine different stations that gave different guidelines on how to revise our papers! Yay! Once we finished with the revising stations, we had a little bit of time at the end of class to start making the necessary revisions. Note: Revisions is one of the most important steps in the writing process. Don't beat yourself up if you have some mistakes in your paper. That's why we are revising. Try your best to catch the different errors. Try to re-read your paper multiple times and out loud. Even ask a parent or a friend to read it aloud to you. The more people that look at it, the better.
Homework: Reading & FINAL DRAFTS!! Make sure you attach your rubric to the back of you paper. If you lost your rubric, please print one off this website. Go under the 8th: Assignments tab. Under the heading "Argument" there are multiple files. The rubric is under the title "8th grade sum assessment and rubric."
